各相关学院、各位导师、各奖学金生：
To all CSC scholarship students，related colleges and supervisors：
根据国家留学基金委《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的要求，下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。
According to the Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Review Method and requirements of of Chinese Scholarship Council, Chinese scholarship students who continue to study in the academic year 2020-2021 must attend the annual evaluation of the scholarship. Those who do not attend the annual review without any reason will be disqualified from Chinese Government Scholarship.
受新冠病毒疫情影响，2020年我校中国政府奖学金年度评审现将采用线上线下结合方式，相关事项通知如下：
Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic, the2020 annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship in NUAA will be conducted by combining online and offline procedures. The relevant notice is as follows :
（一）评审对象Review Object
1. 2020-2021学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生。包括本科、硕士、博士（2020年拟毕业生除外）。
Chinese government scholarship students who continue to study in the academic year of 2020-2021, including bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree (except 2020 graduates).
2. 原计划于2020年7月毕业，但是申请延期且符合延期要求的博士研究生（已于2019年申请延长过一年奖学金期限的博士研究生除外）。
Ph.D. students who are supposed to graduate in July 2020, but have applied for extension and meet the extension requirements (not including Ph.D. students who have applied for extension of scholarship for one year in 2019).
3．上年度奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生。
Students who fail to pass the scholarship review of the previous year and are suspended from the scholarship or have part of the scholarship reduced.
（二）评审办法Review Methods
1. 南京航空航天大学各学院全面考核奖学金生的学习成绩、综合表现，以及新冠肺炎疫情期间的表现，并在考核评比的基础上提出评审建议:继续发放奖学金、中止奖学金、恢复奖学金、取消奖学金。评审建议将由国教院汇总后，并上报国家留学基金委审批。
Related colleges and departments of NUAA comprehensively assess the academic performance and comprehensive performance of scholarship students, as well as the performance during the COVID -19 epidemic period,then put forward evaluation suggestionsincluding continuing to issue scholarships, suspending scholarships, resuming scholarships, canceling scholarships. The evaluation suggestions will be collected by College of International Education and submit to the China Scholarship Council for approval.
2. 具体评审办法参见《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》。
Please refer to the Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Review Method for the specific evaluation method.
（三）评审步骤Review Procedures
1.学生材料提交StudentMaterialsSubmission
奖学金生请下载附件《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》,请学生个人填写第一页，同时准备学习成绩单，其他支撑材料（论文发表，所获奖励等）。
For scholarship students, please download the attached Annual Review Form of Chinese Government Scholarship. Please fill in the first page and prepare your academic transcript and other supporting materials (papers published, awards, etc.).
尽快完成以下问卷填写https://www.wjx.cn/jq/73297282.aspx，并在问卷填写中上传所需材料压缩包，文件名必须为“学号+姓名”（.ZIP/.RAR)，同时将材料文件发送给导师（本科生发送至辅导员）。
Complete the following questionnaire asap, https://www.wjx.cn/jq/73297282.aspx, and upload required material package in the questionnaire with the file name as student id +name (. ZIP/RAR). At the same time the material file should also be sent to supervisor (undergraduate students please send to your coordinators).
2. 导师审核评定Review and Assessment by Supervisor
请导师（本科生由辅导员填写）填写《年度评审表》第二页第一部分（该生本学年主要课程考试成绩及所获学分情况，学习态度，考勤情况，行为表现和奖惩情况），并添加电子签名后于5月10日前发送至国际教育学院工作邮箱ciegraduate@nuaa.edu.cn。
Supervisors please fill the second page of the Review Form (including courses study andobtained credits situation, learning attitude, attendance, behavior performance, rewards and punishment) and send it before May 10th with electronic signature to the working email of College of International Education: ciegraduate@nuaa.edu.cn.
3. 材料汇总和评审Material Collection and Review
国际教育学院将收集参评学生的参评学生《年度评审表》，汇总学生参评情况。留学生主管部门将按照年度评审的要求和标准，结合各学院的评审建议，做出最终评审决定并将评审意见和材料上报国家留学基金委。
College of International Education will collect the annual review forms and related materials. University will make the final evaluation decision and submit the evaluation opinions as well as materials to China Scholarship Council in accordance with the requirements and standards of the annual evaluation and evaluation suggestions of related colleges.
