Part I. 重要时间节点 Schedule
1. 新生(在中国境内或能正常入境的新生)9月14-15日报到，10月9日正式上课；境外新生9月13日前完成线上注册报到；
New students (who are in or can enter Mainland China as usual) can register from September 14thto 15th, 2020; new students who are outside of Mainland China can register online before September 13th, 2020. Classes will begin on October 9th, 2020.
2. 本科二、三、四年级(在中国境内或能正常入境的学生)8月27-28日报到，8月31日正式上课；境外学生8月28日前完成线上注册报到；
Current undergraduate students (who are in or can enter Mainland China as usual) can register from August 27th to 28th, 2020; current undergraduate students who are outside of Mainland China can register online before August 28th, 2020. Classes will begin on August 31st.
3. 研究生老生(在中国境内或能正常入境的学生)8月27-28日报到；境外学生8月28日前完成线上注册报到；
Current postgraduate students (who are in or can enter Mainland China as usual) can register from August 27th to 28th, 2020; current postgraduate students who are out of Mainland China can register online before August28th, 2020.
4. 本科学生2021年1月11日至15日停课考试；
Exam week for bachelor students is from Jan 11th to 15th, 2021.
5. 寒假从2021年1月16日至2月28日。
Winter vacation is from Jan 16th to Feb 28th, 2021.
Part II. 入境入学 Entry and Enrollment
Q１：国际学生秋季学期能否正常来华学习？
Can international students enter Mainland China as usual for the fall semester?
A１：秋季学期按照学校校历正常开学。
2020 fall semester of our university will begin as scheduled.
在境内的本科生来校报到后，完成线下注册。理论类课程以线上学习为主；实践类课程拟采用线下教学方式，具体安排学校另行通知。
Bachelor students who are in Mainland China are expected to register at college office on campus. Theoretical courses are mainly taught online; practical courses will be taught offline. For more detailed teaching information, please pay attention to college notices.
在境内的研究生来校报到后，完成线下注册。教学方式因课程而异，具体安排请关注学校和任课教师的通知。
Postgraduate students in Mainland China are expected to register at the college office on campus. Teaching methods vary from course to course. Please pay attention to the college and teachers’ notice of specific arrangements.
在中国境外的学生按要求进行线上注册、线上学习。
Students who are outside of Mainland China are required to register online and learn online.
Q2：中国境外的国际学生，什么时候能入境？
Is there any estimated time when international students who are outside of Mainland China will be allowed to enter China?
A2：因为疫情的不确定性，无法预计允许入境时间。境外学生可以联系所在国家和地区的中国使领馆进行咨询。学校得到相关信息时，也会做及时通知。
Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, there is no estimated time that the university can provide. You are advised to consult the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country and region. The university will make a timely notice when it receives related information.
Part III. 新生入学报 Registration of New Students
Q3. 在中国境内的新生如何报到注册？
How are new students in Mainland China supposed to register with the university?
A3: 9月14-15日到校进行报到注册。
New students who are now inside Mainland China should follow the university’s guidelines to come for registration on campus. The registration dates are September 14th and 15th.
本科中国政府奖学金生须携带录取通知书和预科学校学习证明；如因为疫情未能参加HSK考试，可以来校报到，报到后在我校参加HSK考试；硕博士中国政府奖学金生须携带录取通知书来校报到。
CSC bachelor scholarship students must bring the admission letter and the preparatory school study certificate; students who did not take HSK exam because of the pandemic can take the exam at NUAA after registration. CSC postgraduate scholarship students should provide admission letter at registration time.
Q4：在中国境外的新生如何报到注册？
How should new students who are out of Mainland China register?
A4：根据要求按时缴费，通过线上方式进行注册。
Please register online after paying tuition fees on time.
Q5：新生如何缴纳学费？
How should new students pay the tuition fees?
A5：请于2020年9月13日之前交清学费。汇款时请备注“ 2020+申请编号”，汇款成功后请将汇款单以微信或邮箱的形式发送给辅导员。
Please pay the tuition fees before September 13th, 2020. Please note 2020 + Application Number when remitting. After successful remittance, please send the remittance slip to the Coordinator by WeChat or email.
若未来疫情在全球得到有效控制，在中国政府允许外国学生入境学习的情况下，学生因客观原因未能成功申请到“JW202表”或“学习签证”等材料，学校将全额退还已交学费。
When the pandemic is effectively controlled globally in the future, and the Chinese government allows international students to enter the country for study, but if any student fails to apply for JW202 form or study visa for objective reasons, the university will refund the full amount of the tuition fees paid.
Q6：目前在中国境外的新生，该如何办理来华签证？
I am right now outside of Mainland China, how should I apply for the visa to enter China?
A6：学校会按照政府部门的相关政策向学生邮寄纸质录取材料。也可以咨询所在国家和地区的中国使领馆，关注最新的来华签证政策。
Decisions about when to deliver the hard copy of the admission documents to the admitted students will be made based on the relevant government policies. At the same time, you may also contact and consult the Chinese embassy/consulate in your place to follow the updated information about visa application.
Part IV. 老生注册报到 Registration of Current Students
Q7：如何办理注册手续？
How should current students register?
A7：中国境内的老生返校办理注册手续；中国境外的老生，不能入境的，须线上注册。缴纳学费后，联系各年级辅导员，由辅导员统一在教务员处注册。
Current students who are inside Mainland China are expected to arrive at campus to register at college office; current students who are outside of Mainland China and cannot enter the country should register online. Please send your payment slip to your coordinator by WeChat or Email, and the Coordinator will give the registration name list to the Academic Affairs Office for online registration.
Q8：老生如何缴纳学费？如果在线学习，学费是否可以减免？
How are current students supposed to pay the tuition fees? If you study online, is there a reduction in tuition fees?
A8：境内老生可以通过微信、银行转账等方式缴纳学费；境外老生可以通过汇款缴纳学费。线上学习学费不减免。
Current students who are inside Mainland China can pay by WeChat or transfer to the university bank account; Current students who are outside of Mainland China can transfer directly to the university bank account. The online tuition fee is the same as offline courses.
原则上一次缴清一学年学费，如有特殊原因，可按照学期缴纳。
In principle, the tuition fees for one academic year should be paid off at one time. If there is any acceptable reason, tuition fees can be paid by semester.
