商务信息系统理学硕士项目(培养方案B)专门为有技术、工程背景的应届毕业生或已工作的毕业生提供在商学（含金融，财务，管理等）以及商务智能等相关领域再继续深造的机会。该项目的历届毕业生都非常受香港、北京、上海、深圳等中心城市众多跨国企业的欢迎，发展前景广阔。该校也已与世界名校亚利桑那大学管理学院（Eller College of Management ,University of Arizona）合作，毕业生有机会被推荐到亚利桑那大学管理学院攻读第二硕士学位（或部分课程免修及特别学费待遇）。
