2014级、2015级、2016级、2017级、2018级、2019级同学,

To CIE students of Batch 2014，2015，2016，2017，2018 & 2019,

     校教务处已在新教务系统中开放2020年春季学期的“课程确认及调整”申请。请及时登录系统完提交个人申请。教务系统网址：aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn。登录系统的用户名、密码与原教务系统一致。

     The new DED system is now opening for accepting Course Confirmation & Adjustment applications of Semester 2019-2020-2. ( Website:aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn )  Please log in the system with your original username & password before the due time.

1.  有关课程确认 About course confirmation

       （1）系统开放时间：开学后两周内（2月25日-3月8日）

         System open time: from Feb 25, 2020 to March 8, 2020.

       （2） 操作要求：进入新教务系统查看“个人课表”，对本人本学期修读课程进行核对。

        Requirement：Please follow the procedures described in Attachment A.

        （3）请认真核实：（a）当前的修读课程与上学期选课结果是否一致；（b）本学期的修读课程与专业培养方案的要求是否一致       

        Things to check: (a) whether the courses you have selected are the same as you did in last semester &  (b) whether the courses you have selected meet the requirements of your study plan.

2.  有关课程调整 About courseadjustment(reselection, withdraw or retake )

         （1）系统开放时间：开学后两周内（2月25日-3月8日）

          System open time: from Feb 25, 2020 to March 8, 2020. 

          Please submit your online applications for re-selection, withdrawal or retake courses before deadline。

       （2） 操作要求：详见附件B操作手册。

        Requirement：Please follow the procedures described in Attachment B.

        （3）结业学生请在开学两周内在网上选课，详见附件3。

         Students in the status of Completion of Study, please read the notification in Attachment C  and finish selecting your courses in time.
