2025-2026学年第2学期选课即将开始，具体选课要求及注意事项通知如下：
The course selection for semester 2025-2026-2 is starting, the requirements are as follows:
一、 选课范围 Courses available
本次选课范围包括以下课程类别：通识必修课、学科基础课、专业教育、实践能力培养、体育课等。
For international students，the available courses are from modules of General Education, Subject Basis, Professional Education, Practical Ability Training, PE etc..
二、选课对象 Who should select courses？
2023级、2024级、2025级本科生。
Students in Bachelor Program from Batch 2023, 2024 and 2025 are required to finish the course selection in time.
三、选课方式 Course selection method
本次选课初选采用意愿值选课方式，复选采用即选即中方式。
The course selection policies at the primary stage and re-selection stage are based on the willingness value and direct selection method respectively.

四、选课安排 Course selection period
1. 第一轮选课（初选，意愿值选课）
First round( Priliminary stage, Course selection based on willingness value)
选课前，开放课程查询时间 12月9日 10:00
Before course selection , the aao system opens for check from December 9 10:00
初选：12月11日（星期四）16：00至12月17日（星期三）16：00
Primary stage: December 11 (Thursday)16:00 to December 17 (Wednesday) 16:00
2. 第二轮选课（复选，即选即中）
Second round(Reselection Stage, Direct selection)
开放查询时间：12月23日10:00。同时公布初选结果，请同学们注意核查，如有未能中选的课程请及时做好增选、改选计划。

复选：12月23日（星期二）13:00 至 12月24日（星期三）13:00
Reselection stage: December 23(Tuesday) 13:00 to December 24 (Wednesday)13:00
五、选课注意事项 Tips
1、学生在选课之前应认真阅读并理解培养方案，明确培养方案要求。开课以后，每学期每位学生最多只能退课两门；
Before the course selection, students should make own course selection plan based on full understanding of the courses available by studying the teaching plan carefully. It is not recommended to select too many optional courses at random, each student is only allowed to drop at most TWO courses per semester .
2、 根据《南京航空航天大学本科课程考核管理办法》，自2024-2025学年开始，课程考核不及格且为第一次修读时，可参加补考；重修不及格的，不得参加补考，须再次重修。
According to the Management Measures for Undergraduate Course Assessment of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, those who fail a course assessment and are taking the course the first time can attend its make-up exam; Those who fail a retake course assessment are not allowed to take its make-up exam and must retake the course again.
3、根据学校相关制度，学生按规定交清学费或办理缓交手续方可注册和选课，尚未完成缴费的同学将无法选课。请注意：因缴费数据需同步处理，在选课结束前一天尚未完成缴费的同学，将无法参加本轮选课。为确保您的选课资格和选到满意的课程，请有欠费情况的同学尽快完成缴费。具体查询和缴纳方式如下：
According to school regulations, students must pay their tuition fees or complete the deferred payment procedures before they can register and select courses. Students who have not completed the payment will not be able to select courses. Please note: Due to the need to synchronize payment data, students who have not completed payment on the day before the end of course selection will not be able to participate in this round of course selection. To ensure your eligibility for course selection, students owing fees are requested to complete the payment as soon as possible. The specific inquiry and payment methods are as follows:
（1）PC端缴费 Pay on PC
打开网址http://jiaofei.nuaa.edu.cn，使用学校统一身份认证的用户名和密码登陆，点击第二栏【学费缴费】，按照提示操作付款。
Open website http://jiaofei.nuaa.edu.cn and Log in using the school's unified identity authentication username and password, click on the second column 'Tuition Payment', and follow the prompts to make the payment.
（2）移动端缴费 Pay on Mobile
身份认证后，微信搜索“南京航空航天大学智慧校园”公众号，点击【校园缴费】；或者打开微信/支付宝扫描下方二维码；使用学校统一身份认证的用户名和密码登陆校园统一支付平台,点击【学费缴费】，显示学杂费欠费明细，勾选缴费项目后按照提示操作付款。
After identity authentication, search the official account of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Smart Campus on WeChat, click [Campus Payment]；or scan the following square code from we-chat or Ali-pay; log in to the campus unified payment platform with the user name and password of the school's unified identity authentication, click [Tuition Payment], when the fee details shown,tick the item and complete the payment according to the prompts.
4、登录时选择不自动保存密码，选课完毕后须关机，以防账号被盗用。
When log in, don't select to save the password. After the course selection is done, turn off the computer to prevent account theft.
5、 选课后请再次登录，查看选课数据是否保存成功。
After selection, log in the system again to double check whether the data have been saved properly.
