1. 校内住宿

（1）经南京航空航天大学录取并报到的国际学生，可向后勤公寓管理中心提出入住申请。

（2）国际学生退宿后需要重新入住或者放弃入住资格后又想申请入住的，须重新提出申请。

（3）国际学生须凭本人护照和国际教育学院签发的入住申请单办理入住登记手续。入住前须交清一学年住宿费用及住宿押金，请保存好押金条，若押金条丢失，押金不予退回。

（4）房间内床上用品及生活用品需要国际学生自行准备。

（5）国际学生须自行到学校设立的各圈存点预存电费，电费由入住各方平摊支付。

（6）国际学生须严格遵守《南京航空航天大学标准化学生宿舍住宿管理办法》等相关管理规定，违反住宿管理规定情况严重者，将被取消公寓居住资格，并且不允许再次入住。 

2. 校外住宿

为了国际学生的健康与安全，原则上不允许校外住宿。如因特殊情况需要校外住宿者，必须向学院提出申请，具体如下：

（1）与房屋出租人签订《房屋租赁协议》。

（2）持《房屋租赁协议》及个人护照到当地派出所办理《外国人临时居住登记表》。

（3）持《房屋租赁协议》、个人护照及《外国人临时居住登记表》到国际学生办公室登记，签署《国际学生校外住宿申请表》备案。

（4）校外住宿地址变更须及时按要求办理相关手续。

（5）同时，校外住宿国际学生应注意以下几点：

a. 选择学校周围安全小区居住；

b. 须遵守小区规定，严禁在小区内喧哗、吵闹，不得影响小区的正常生活秩序；

c. 遵守中国的法律法规，禁止在校外住宿场所从事任何违法犯罪活动，违者将由公安机关依法严肃处理；

d. 从学校公寓搬出至校外居住者，须办理好退宿及校外住宿流程，否则产生的一切后果由学生自行承担。

1. Details on On-campus Residence

(1) International students who have been admitted and registered by NUAA can apply to the Apartment Management Department of NUAA for on-campus housing.

(2) Those who have moved out of the apartment or given up eligibility for on-campus accommodation will have to renew their application when they intend to return.

(3) International students can check into the apartment with a valid passport and the Residence Permission issued by College of International Education. The resident is required to pay off the dormitory fees for a whole academic year as well as the deposit before checking in. The resident will receive a deposit slip, which should be kept safely. If the deposit slip is lost, the deposit cannot be refunded.

(4) Bedding and utensils are not provided in the apartment.

(5) Please make a deposit for electricity in advance at self-service machines, and the residents who live together should share the fees accordingly.

(6) International students should strictly abide by Regulations on Standardizing Students’ Dormitories of NUAA. Those who seriously violate the regulations shall be disqualified from living on campus and shall not be allowed to return in future.

2 Regulations on Off-campus Residence

For the sake of student’s safety and health, international students are generally not allowed to live off campus. Those who intend to live off campus will need to apply to the College of International Education as required below:

(1) Sign a Lease Agreement with the landlord.

(2) Obtain and fill the Registration Form of Temporary Residence at the local police station with his/her passport and the agreement.

(3) Have his/her residence information registered at the International Students’ Affairs Office of NUAA with the passport, the Lease Agreement, and the Registration Form of Temporary Residence. Meanwhile, it is necessary to fill in the Residential Applications by Foreign Students Living Outside of NUAA.

(4) If there is a change of residence, the student should go through the above procedures as soon as possible.

(5) Students who live off campus should also follow the guidelines below:

a. Choose a safe and secure neighborhood near campus;

b. Follow the regulations of the community; do not make loud noises or disturb the order of the residential area;

c. Abide by Chinese laws; never commit any crime;

d. If a resident in International Student Apartment intends to live off campus, he/she should go through required formalities before check-out, otherwise he/she will have to take all the consequences and costs incurred by his/her action.
