一、申请社团步骤：

1. 留学生组织指留学生团体和兴趣小组，由我校在籍留学生基于共同的兴趣爱好，依照自愿参加的原则组成，遵守中国法律法规、学校规章制度和学生组织章程，在校内自主开展活动的留学生组织。

2.留学生组织实行登记成立、学期注册、活动审批的基本管理办法。

3.留学生组织的所有成员必须是我校正式注册的全日制在籍留学生。

4.留学生组织须具备固定的指导教师，指导教师应是我校专任教师。

5. 留学生组织接受国际教育学院（以下简称“学院”）的指导、管理和监督。

6. 申请成立组织应同时具有必要性和可行性，新组织应至少由20名以上同学发起成立，成立组织必须履行相应的手续。

7. 组织的名称应与其性质一致，与其宗旨相符，准确反映其特征，不得违背校园文明风尚和社会公共道德。新成立组织的名称原则上应包含“留学生”字样，组织全称须冠以“南京航空航天大学”，组织开展正式活动或公开发放宣传品须使用全称。

8.组织的内部关系和机构设置由各组织自行决定。原则上组织应建立民主决策的理事会制度。组织组成人员情况须报学院备案。

9. 组织负责人必须符合必备的条件，原则上应通过民主选举方式产生。新的组织负责人应得到其辅导员、指导教师一致同意并报学院审批。

10. 组织在经学院审核同意后，按照学校统一要求制作艺术图章或其他标志，以便开展工作。不得刻制任何圆形办公图章。

二、申请加入留学生组织必须具备以下条件：

1. 遵守国家法律、法规，校规、校纪；

2. 遵守留学生组织章程；

3. 必须为国际教育学院全日制在籍留学生，热爱组织，自愿加入组织。

三、成员加入组织程序：

凡符合资格者，可向留学生组织委员会直接递交入队申请书，参加面试，经委员会面试后择优录取。

四、成员享有以下权利：

1.享有优先参加相关组织活动的权利；

2.享有对组织工作的批评权和建议权。

五、成员履行以下义务：

1.积极参加组织活动；

2.维护组织的合法权益；

3. 遵守组织章程，执行组织的决议，积极宣传组织。

I．Apply for funding a new group:

1.“International student organizations” refer to international student groups and interest groups, which are composed of registered international students in our university based on common interests and hobbies, in accordance with the principle of voluntary participation, and in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations of the university and the articles of association of students.

2. International student organizations shall implement the basic management measures of registration, enrollment and approval process.

3. All members of the international student organization must be full-time registered international students of NUAA.

4. International student organizations must have a fixed instructor, and the instructor should be a full-time teacher of NUAA.

5. International student organizations are subject to the guidance, management and supervision of the College of International Education (hereinafter referred to as the college).

6.The application for the funding of the organization should be necessary and feasible at the same time, the new organization should be initiated by at least 20 students, the establishment of the organization must go through the corresponding procedures.

7. The name of the organization shall be consistent with its nature and purpose, accurately reflect its characteristics, and shall not violate the campus civilization and social public morality.

In principle, the name of the newly established organization should contain the words of “international student”, the full name of the organization should be “Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics”, and the full name of the organization for official activities or publicity materials should be used.

8. The internal relationship and institutional setting of the organization shall be decided by each organization on its own. In principle, the organization shall establish a council system of democratic decision-making, and the personnel of the organization shall be reported to the college for the record.

9. The president of the organization must meet the necessary conditions and, in principle, be elected by democratic election. The new president of the organization should have the unanimous consent of its counselor and instructor and report to the college for approval.

10. After the approval of the college, the organization shall make art stamps or other marks according to the unified requirements of the university, so as to carry out the work. The organization shall not make any round office stamps.

II．Apply to join a new organization:

Applicants to join the international student organization of the College of International Education of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics must meet the following conditions:

1. Follow national laws and regulations, school rules and school discipline;

2. Follow the principle of international student organization;

3. Must be a registered full-time international student of the College of International Education, love the organization and volunteer to join the organization.

III. Procedures for members to join the organization:

All qualified candidates can directly submit the application to the international student organization committee and attend the interview. After the interview, they will be selected by the committee.

IV. Members enjoy the following rights:

1. Enjoy the priority right to participate in relevant organizational activities;

2. Enjoy the right to criticize and make suggestions on the work of the organization.

V. Members fulfill the following obligations:

1. Actively participate in organizational activities;

2. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the organization;

3. Follow the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the organization, and actively publicize the organization.
