To students：

为做好2027届本科留学生毕设工作，保证毕设的质量和水平，国际教育学院将于本月启动此项工作，主要工作安排如下：

To ensure the smooth progress of the undergraduate designs/thesis work for international students and guarantee the quality and standard of the theses, the College of InternationalEducation will launch this work this month. The main work arrangements are as follows:

1. 毕设网站

2027届留学生毕设全部通过学校毕业设计（论文）管理系统进行，可直接访问网址：http://cp.nuaa.edu.cn，登陆后进入毕设系统。账号密码：学校智慧门户的账号密码。

I. Graduation Project (Thesis) Website

All undergraduate theses of international students shall be completed and submitted via the university's Graduation Project (Thesis) Management System. You can access the system by directly visiting the URL: http://cp.nuaa.edu.cn, and log in to enter the Graduation Project System.

Account and Password: Use your account and password of “INUAA”.

2. 资格审核准入。

为确保学生有足够的专业理论基础、充足的完成时间，学校实行毕设资格审核准入制，分三轮进行：

第一轮：第七学期开学补考结束后，必修课累计不及格学分小于14个学分的学生具有毕设资格。

第二轮：第七学期期末考试结束后，第一轮审核时不具有毕设资格的学生如经重修，必修课累计不及格学分小于14个学分的具有毕设资格。

第三轮：第八学期开学补考结束后，第二轮审核时不具有毕设资格的学生如经补考，必修课累计不及格学分小于14个学分的具有毕设资格。

第二轮或第三轮获得毕设资格的学生，必须严格按照毕设教学计划执行，全力以赴投入毕设工作，不得无故缩短毕设工作时长。各学院应对第二轮和第三轮获得毕设资格的学生加强指导和管理，严格毕设标准，相应学生应进行校内公开答辩。第三轮获得毕设资格的学生不得参加2027年6月1日前的第一轮集中答辩。

II. Qualification Review and Admission

To ensure students have a solid professional theoretical foundation and sufficient time to complete their graduation thesis, the university implements a qualification review and admission system for the graduation project (thesis), which will be conducted in three rounds:

First Round: After the make-up exams at the start of the 7th semester, students whose cumulative failed credits in compulsory courses are less than 14 will be eligible for the graduation project (thesis).

Second Round: After the final exams of the 7th semester, students who were ineligible in the first round will gain eligibility if, after retaking the failed courses, their cumulative failed credits in compulsory courses are less than 14.

Third Round: After the make-up exams at the start of the 8th semester, students who were ineligible in the second round will gain eligibility if, after taking the make-up exams, their cumulative failed credits in compulsory courses are less than 14.

# Students who obtain eligibility in the second or third round must strictly follow the graduation project (thesis) teaching plan, fully commit to the project, and must not arbitrarily shorten the project duration without valid reasons. All colleges shall strengthen guidance and management for students eligible in the second and third rounds, strictly enforce graduation project (thesis) standards, and such students shall participate in on-campus public defense. Students eligible in the third round are not allowed to participate in the first centralized defense scheduled before June 1, 2027.

3. 时间节点安排

1. 2026年11月27日前，完成选题工作，并联系导师请其为你下达任务书；

2. 2027年1月18日前，完成第一轮毕设开题工作；第二、三轮毕设开题将在2027年3月11日前完成；

3. 2027年4月7日前，完成中期检查；

4. 2027年5月7日—14日前，完成毕设论文抄袭检测和AIGC检测（AI代写检测）；

5. 2027年5月18日—21日前，完成校内评阅；

6. 2027年5月25日—6月1日，完成第一轮毕设答辩；

7. 2027年8月28日前，完成延期答辩工作，延期答辩未通过者应重做毕设。

III. Timeline and Key Milestones

1. Complete the topic selection by November 27, 2026, and contact your supervisor to request the issuance of the Project Assignment Form.

2. Complete the first-round thesis proposal defense by January 18, 2027; the second and third rounds of thesis proposal defense shall be completed by March 11, 2027.

3. Complete the mid-term review by April 7, 2027.

4. Complete the thesis plagiarism check and AIGC detection (AI-assisted writing detection) by May 7 to May 14, 2027.

5. Complete the on-campus thesis evaluation by May 18 to May 21, 2027.

6. Complete the first round of thesis defense by May 25 to June 1, 2027.

7. Complete the deferred thesis defense by August 28, 2027; students who fail the deferred defense shall redo their graduation thesis.

4. 关于延期答辩与答辩不通过

出现下列情况应延期答辩：第三轮进入毕设、未按时开题、开题不通过、中期检查不合格、内外评审不合格、答辩结果为需要重大修改等六种情况应延期答辩，延期答辩时间不得少于1个月，不得早于7月1日，不得晚于8月28日。

毕业答辩不通过的时间安排：凡是毕业答辩不通过的毕设，由院系根据毕设质量确定重做毕设或者修改后再次答辩。再次答辩原则上仅有一次机会，且修改时间不得少于1个月，时间不得晚于8月28日。重做毕设的学生应重新选题，参加下一届学生的毕设工作。

IV. Regarding Deferred Defense and Failed Defense

1. Deferred Defense

A deferred defense shall apply to students in the following six circumstances:

·Gaining eligibility for the graduation project (thesis) in the third round;

·Failing to complete the thesis proposal defense on time;

·Failing to pass the thesis proposal defense;

·Failing the mid-term review;

·Failing the internal and external evaluations;

·Receiving a defense result requiring major revisions.

The duration of the deferred defense period shall be no less than 1 month, and the defense shall take place no earlier than July 1 and no later than August 28.

2. Arrangements for Failed Graduation Defense

For any graduation project (thesis) that fails the defense, the school/department shall, based on the quality of the project, decide whether the student needs to redo the project or revise it for a re-defense.

In principle, students are entitled to only one re-defense opportunity, with the revision period being no less than 1 month and the re-defense taking place no later than August 28. Students required to redo the graduation project (thesis) shall select a new topic and participate in the graduation project (thesis) process with the next cohort of students.
