To students of Batch 2015、2016、2017、2018 & 2019:
为保证课程教学的有序开展，现将2020-2021学年第一学期修读课程确认与调整的有关事项通知如下：
To ensure the teaching and learning of courses to proceed in an orderly manner, the arrangement for course confirmation and adjustment is informed as follows:
一、修读课程确认Course confirmation
(一) 时间安排：8月31日-9月13日
System open time:fromAugust 31st to September 13th
(二) 注意事项Key points to check：
1.须核对确认本学期的修读课程与专业培养方案的要求是否一致（见附件4）；
The courses selected should meet the requirements of your teaching plan，see the course list for semester 2020-2021-1 in Attachment 4;
2.核对确认当前的修读课程与上学期选课结果是否一致；
The courses selected are those that you have selected in last semester;
3.修读课程确认不影响后续的补退选和重修申请；
Course confirmation doesn't affect reselecting, withdrawing or retaking courses afterwards;
4.未在教务处选课的课程不能参加考核、不能获得成绩和学分。
Students arenot qualifiedto attend the exams, get the marks or gain credits from courses which haven't been selected in the DED system.
二、修读课程调整（补、退及重修选课）
Course adjustment (reselect, withdraw & retake application)
（一） 时间安排Schedule:
1.补退选课和不及格重修选课：8月31日16:00开始，至课程开课2周内；
System open time:from 16:00 August 31stto September 13th
2.排进课表的实验、实践类课程须在9月13日前完成调整。
Courses of experiments and projects must be adjusted before September 13th.
（二） 操作方法Instruction to operate：
请见附件2. Please check Attachment 2.
（三） 结业学生请在开学两周内在网上选课，通知详见附件3。
Students, who are in the status of completion of study, should select courses online within first two weeks of the semester, please check the Attachment 3.
三、修读课程确认与调整申请方式
Application method for Course confirmation and adjustment
修读课程确认与调整，均在新教务系统线上进行，网址：http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action。具体操作流程见附件1。
Course confirmation and adjustment are carried online through new DED system(website:http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action).
See Attachments 1 for instruction.
四、其他说明Other information
1. 学籍近期有变化的同学，请在学籍异动完成之后再补选新班课程，相关规则和操作方法详见附件1. 如果学籍异动短期内无法完成，且选课周期即将结束的，请联系本学院教务老师进行操作。
Students, whose academic status updated recently (resume to school, change major etc.), should reselect courses for your new class after the procedure completed.
2.补退选、重修和学籍异动选课的同学在调整选课后须再次查看学期修读课程，确认修读课程是否和选课结果一致.
Students, who reselect, withdraw, retake courses, should check the semester course list again（inAttachments 4）, to ensure the courses selected agree with course attended.
3.由于课程特殊性，2020级课程在新生选课后开放补选
Courses of 2020 batch are available to reselect and retake after the freshman finish course selection, which will be around the 3rdor 4thweek of the new semester.
