2024年暑期国际课程选课即将开始，具体选课要求及注意事项通知如下：

     The course selection for 2024 Summer Lecture Program  is starting, the requirements are as follows:

一、开课日期Time duration of the program

     第一期：Session 1

     7月8日至7月19日（周一～周五），具体课程安排信息见附件。

     Time duration: Two weeks from July 8th, 2024 to July 19th, 2024 ( Monday to Friday ONLY)

     Please refer to the attachment for details of course arrangement.

     第二期：Session 2

     8月19日至8月30日（周一～周五），具体课程安排信息见附件。

     Time duration: Two weeks from August 19th, 2024 to August 30th, 2024 ( Monday to Friday ONLY)

     Please refer to the attachment for details of course arrangement.

二、选课对象

      2021级、2022级、2023级本科生。

      All students in the batch of 2021, 2022 and 2023 are allowed to select at most two courses of 2024 Summer Lecture Program.

三、选课安排 Arrangement of course selection

      1.选课时间：4月25日16:00--4月29日16:00；

         Course selection time: 4:00PM, April 25th -- 4:00PM, April 29th

      2.选课方式：在线选课在AAO系统中进行。

      Course selection method: Online selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.

四、两门推荐课程   Two recommended courses for CIE students：

重要提示 Important Notes：

      （1）选择如上两门课程的学生，考核合格的可以申请认定为"专业选修课"学分，所获得的学分可计入毕业总学分。

      Students who complete the above recommended courses will get the credits. After that, students can apply to have the credits recognized as credits of "optional major courses".  Thus, those credits will be counted into the total credits for graduation.

（2）选择其他课程的学生，考核合格的可以申请认定为国际课程学分，所获得的学分不计入毕业总学分。

     Students who complete other summer courses will get the credits. After that, students can apply to have the credits recognized as credits of "normal international courses" .  These credits will NOT be counted into the total credits for graduation, but the grade point of the courses will help students to increase the final GPA.

（3） 有关学分认定的常见问题见如下通知。

五、其他注意事项 Other Cautions

      1. 请合理安排暑期时间，认真选课，选课名单确定后原则上不允许退课。

         Please arrange time appropriately and select courses carefully. In principle, you cannot drop any courses after your online application is confirmed.

      2. 每位同学最多选2门课程，请仔细查看课表避免上课时间冲突，国际课程课表见附件。

        Each student can choose TWO courses at most. Please check the schedule carefully to avoid any class time conflicts. Refer to the attachment for the schedule of international courses.

       3. 在开课前请务必查看学期修读课程，确认中选的国际课程，跟班上课和考核。

         Be sure to check your courses before courses start and confirm courses which you are chosen. Follow up classes and take assessments during the courses.
