To coordinators and students of batch 2018 , 2019, 2020, 2021,2022 & 2023：
为保证课程教学的有序开展，现将2023-2024学年第二学期修读课程确认与调整的有关事项通知如下：
To ensure the semester of 2023-2024-2 to proceed in an orderly manner, the official arrangement for course confirmation and adjustment is now notified as follows：
一、修读课程确认Course comfirmation
(一) 时间安排：2月26日-3月10日
System open time: from Feb. 26 , 2024 to Mar. 10，2024
（二） 操作方法：请见附件1

(三) 注意事项 Key points to check
1. 请所有同学务必本人登录教务系统，核对确认本学期的修读课程与专业培养方案的要求是否一致，核对确认当前的修读课程与上学期选课结果是否一致。
All students MUST login in your own AAO system to double check : (1) The courses selected have met the requirements of the study plan of your major; (2) Make sure the selected courses shown in the system are consistent with the course selection results of last semester.
2. 修读课程确认不影响后续的补退选和重修申请。
Course confirmation won't affect reselecting, dropping or retaking courses afterwards.
3. 未在教务处选课的课程不能参加考核、不能获得成绩和学分。
Students, who hadn't finished course selection in the AAO system, are NOT qualified to attend the exams, get the marks or gain credits from those courses.
二、 修读课程调整 （补、退及重修选课）
Course adjustment （reslect, drop & retake application）
（一） 时间安排Time arrangement:
1. 补退选课和不及格重修选课：（北京时间）2月26日16:00 开始，至3月10日结束；
System open time: From 16:00 Feb. 26, 2024 to Mar. 10 , 2024（Beijing time）
2. 由于本学期初的课程补考时间推迟，相关同学可先进行重修选课，若课程补考通过，可联系学院教务老师退课。
Since all make-up exams are postponed, students are encouraged to select those courses first. If any make-up exam is passed afterwards, students can contact Ms. Li to drop the courses.
（二） 操作方法：请见附件2。

（三） 结业学生请在开学两周内在网上选课，操作方法见附件1。如遇到问题，可及时与学院教务员反馈、沟通。
Students, who are in the status of Completion of Study, should select courses online within the first TWO weeks of the semester. Students can contact Ms. Li for help.
三、 修读课程确认与调整申请方式 Application method for Course confirmation & adjustment
修读课程确认与调整，均在线上进行，网址：http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action。
The website for the course confirmation and adjustment is http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action.
四、其他说明 Other information
1. 补选、退选、重修选课的同学在调整选课后须再次查看学期修读课程，确认修读课程是否和选课结果一致。
Students, who reslect, drop, retake courses, should double check the class schedule of this semester, to ensure the selected courses are the same with the courses to be studied.
2. 本学期增开了三门课程，学生可进行补选，课程信息如下：
Three courses are newly offered this semester for CIE students, the course information is as following,
1) 0120301W CATIA三维设计基础 CATIA 3D Design fundamentals for AE & ME Majors from batch 2021
2) 1650307W 机器学习（英文）Machine Learning for AI Majors from batch 2022
3）1650409W 机器学习课程设计（英文）Project：Machine Learning for AI Majors from batch 2022
