CSC “University Program” is a full-time and full scholarship program set up by Chinese Government. Entrusted by the Ministry of education, NUAA undertakes the implementation of the project and is responsible for recruiting excellent international students to study for master's and doctoral degrees. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, NUAA has formulated the application measures for the enrollment of graduate students in colleges and universities with Chinese Government Scholarships in 2022. 

The specific contents are as follows:

Category, study duration and teaching language

1. Category: Master students and PhD students.

2. Study duration: 2.5 years for master students, 4 years for PhD students.

3. Teaching language: English.

Scholarship

1.Tuition fee waiver and free on-campus accommodation;

2.Living allowance: 3,000 CNY/month for master students and 3,500 CNY/month for Ph.D. students;

3.Medical insurance in China: 800 CNY/academic year, paid by the university.

Admission Requirements

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health;

2.Applicants applying for the Master program admissions should be under the age of 35;

3. Applicants applying for the PhD program admissions should be under the age of 40;

4. Language Requirements: Provide the English proficiency certificate. (IELTS (6.0 or above), TOEFL (70 or above), other certificate shows English is the teaching language).

Application Procedure

1. Applicants should log in NUAA application system https://nj.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspxand complete the online application before April 1, 2022.

2. NUAA will evaluate applicants documents then give the pre-admission letter. Applicants must use NUAA pre-admission letter to apply on CSC portal.

3. The finial results and admission materials will be sent to the applicants by system internal message or email in June, 2022.

Application Material

1. Personal information page on the valid passport (the passport should be valid for at least one year).

2.Notarized highest education certificate. The applicants who have not yet graduated shall be issued with pre-graduation certificate or degree certificate by their own school.

3.Academic transcript. Texts other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English.

4. English Proficiency Certificate.

5. A study plan for Master/PhD program. A study plan written in Chinese / English with more than 1000 words shall be submitted, which shall focus on the applicant's willingness to study in China, personal learning plan, understanding of China and Chinese institutions, as well as the background of the institution with the previous academic degree, his own discipline background, research direction and expected research results. The study plan must be signed by supervisor.

6. Recommendation letters from twoProfessors or Associate Professors. The content should focus on the requirements of the applicant's learning objectives in China and the evaluation of students' comprehensive ability and future development. It can only be written in Chinese or English.

7. Non-criminal record or the commitment letter of non-criminal record within the validity period issued by the local public security organ. The supporting document shall usually be issued within 6 months before submission.

8. A copy of the Physical Examination Record of Foreigners. The applicant shall carry out the examination in strict accordance with the items required in the Physical Examination Record of Foreigners. The form with missing items, no photo of the person, no cross seal on the photo, or no signature and seal of the doctor and the hospital is invalid. The inspection results should be issued within 6 months before submission.

9. Acceptance Letter. The letter and supervisor contact information can be downloaded at the bottom of the article.

Note

1. All materials uploaded through the system must be clear, true and effective. If there are any untruths, once verified, the applicant's admission will be canceled.

2. Please notice theapplication deadline.

3. Applicants will receive only one scholarship funded by either the Chinese government or others.

4. Successful applicants will begin their study at NUAA in early September 2022. The specific registration date shall be subject to the admission notice. (If some of the candidates cannot register on time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the school will arrange online registration. Please refer to the notice at that time.)

5. The scholarship winner shall not change the admission institution, major, teaching language and study period in the Admission Notice.

6. Our university has not entrusted any individual or intermediary to recruit CSC students. For scholarship application, please contact us directly.
