受到学业严重警示且未达到退学要求的学生，应申请办理延长学习时间手续。毕业学期末受学业严重警示的学生应在下一学期开学后一周内提出申请，并向学院提交“延长学习时间个人学习计划表”，批准后登录教务管理系统办理异动手续。延长学习时间结束时按个人学习计划进行考核。
Students, who have received serious academic warnings but don't meet the requirements of drop out, should apply for an extension of study time. Students who have received serious warning at the end of the graduation semester should apply within one week after the beginning of the next semester and submit the Study plan for Extension to the College of International Education (CIE), and log in to the NUAA AAO system to go through procedures after approval. At the end of the extension period, the assessment shall be carried out according to the study plan.
