各位2018级同学：
Students from batch 2018,
为确保教育部毕业生电子注册信息以及毕业、学位证书上的信息准确无误，请所有2018级同学于5月17日前登录新教务系统核对个人基本信息：
To make sure the accuracy and correctness of your information for online registration system of Ministry of Education of China, your Degree Diploma and your Graduation Certificate, students from batch 2018 are required to check your information in AAO system before May 17, 2022.

1. 核对内容：姓名、英文姓名、性别、出生日期、身份证号（为护照号）、国籍、毕业照片。
What should you check?
Chinese Name, English name, Gender, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Nationality and Your Graduation Photo.
2. 网址：http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action。操作指南请查看附件1。核对个人基本信息时，如信息准确无误，点击信息确认无误按钮，确认后返回首页即可。如信息有误，点击申请修改按钮，直接在相应信息框中填写正确的信息，按页面要求上传附件，提交申请。如只有毕业照片有误，仅需上传正确的照片。修改申请经审核后生效。

If some information should be modified, you should input the correct information and upload the photocopy of your valid passport as an evidence.
If the photo should be changed, just upload the correct photo. Then the application will be approved by University.

3. 审核结果的查询：在学籍信息-个人信息核对与修改页面可查看信息修改审核进度。审核结束后在我的申请记录中查看审核结果。
How to check the modification result?
Under the menu of "学籍信息"(meaning: the student status information) & "个人信息核对页" (meaning: personal information check and modification page), you can view the status of the modification progress.
After the approval of your application , you can see the feedbacks from University in menu of "我的申请记录" (meaning: my application record).
4. 已提交护照复印件的学生，学院进行了信息的预审并提出了个人信息确认建议。因涉及个人信息，请联系辅导员老师索要“个人信息修改建议列表”.
The information of students, who had submitted passport copies , have been carefully previewed by Academic Affairs Office of CIE. After the first round inspection done by CIE, a list of advices for your own checking has been produced. Ask your coordinator for the list of advices before you start doing the online checking.
