各位2018级同学：
Students from batch 2018,
教务处系统个人信息的核对工作已完成，学校已根据申请进行了信息的变更和补充。
The checking of personal information in the AAO system has been completed. The University has changed and supplemented the information according to students' application.
为确保教育部毕业生电子注册信息以及毕业、学位证书上的信息准确无误，请所有2018级同学尽快再次登录教务系统查看个人基本信息，并于2022年6月2日之前提交《预计毕业学生信息确认表》（见附件2&3）至学院教务员邮箱 13285285@qq.com。
To ensure the information accuracy of online registration system of Ministry of Education, your Degree Diploma and your Graduation Certificate, all 2018 students are requested to log in the AAO system ( Website：http://aao-eas.nuaa.edu.cn/eams/login.action） again as soon as possible to view your personal information, and submit the Confirmation Form for Prospect Graduate （see in Attachment 2 & 3） to the email： 13285285@qq.com. The deadline is June 2, 2022.
逾期未提交者，学院将暂缓学位申请、证书制作，望周知。
For those who fail to submit the form on time, please be notified that CIE will have to suspend the degree application and certificate issuing.
