截止2022年6月21日，已有96位同学被授予学士学位。有关证书领取工作，通知如下：
By June 21, 2022, totally 96 students have been awarded bachelor's degrees. The relevant matters about collecting certificates are hereby notified as follows:
一、领取纸质证书 Collecting papery certificates
(1) 领取内容：What to collect?
毕业证（中文、英文翻译件）、学位证（中文、英文翻译件）、成绩单（中文、英文翻译件）
Graduation certificate (Chinese and English translation copy), degree certificate (Chinese and English translation copy), transcripts (Chinese and English translation copy)
(2) 时间和地点 Where & when to collect?
国教院办公室239室，6月29日-6月30日，每天10:00-16:00
Room 239 in CIE Building, Jiangjun Road Campus, from June 29th to June 30th, 10:00PM-16:00PM
(3) 要求 What materials to carry?
凭办理完成的《留学生离校手续单》领取（见附件1）。
Collect the Graduation Certificate with the completed “Graduation Procedure” form （see in attachment 1 ).
（4）他人代领 Ask someone to collect
若委托他人代领，需携带以下文件。
If someone else will be sent to get the certifiates on your behalf, he/she needs to bring the following documents.
1. 代领人及证书持有人的护照复印件
Copy of passport of the representative and certificate holder.
2. 授权书（见附件2）
Authorization letter （see in attachment 2）
3. 办理完成的离校通知单
Completed “Graduation Procedure”form.
二、申请电子证书 Apply for scanned version of certificates
未领取纸质证书且离校通知单已完成的学生，可申请电子版证书。
Students who have not received papery certificates and whose "Graduation Procedure" forms have been completed can apply for electronic version of the certificates.
(1) 申请时间 When to apply?
6月30日-7月15日
June 30 - July 15
(2) 接收时间 When to receive?
7月16日-7月18日
July 16 - July 18
(3) 申请方式 How to apply?
发送邮件至 JX4CIE@nuaa.edu.cn 邮件标题：学号+中文姓名+Application for soft copy of Certificate ，同时提交纸质《离校手续单》至学工楼239。
Send an email to JX4CIE@nuaa.edu.cn with the title " Student number + Chinese name + Application for soft copy of Certificate", and submit the completed "Graduation Procedure" form to Rm. 239 in CIE office building.
注意 Note：
学院仅提供中、英文成绩单各一份，如需多份，请到明故宫校区档案馆办理。地点：明故宫校区图书馆一层；电话：84893770
CIE provides ONLY one copy of each transcript in English and Chinese. If you need more than one copy, please go to the Archives Department on the Minggugong Campus.
